Netta Weiser
Netta Weiser works at the intersection of choreography, experimental radio and discursive practice. Her works have been presented internationally in performing arts venues such as Tanzquartier Wien, Sophiensaele Berlin, and Villa Medici Rome, as well as in radio contexts such as WDR, reboot.fm and The Israeli Centre for Digital Art. In 2020 she received the Tanzrecherche NRW stipendium for international artists and in 2021 was an artist in residence at the Studio for Electroacoustic Music at the Akademie der Künste Berlin. Moreover, she teaches at the Klangzeitort Institute for New Music and at the Universität der Künste Berlin.
Radio-Choreography
Radio-Choreography is an artistic research project led by Netta Weiser together with collaborating artists, researchers and institutions. The project explores the transformation of dance into sound and developing choreographic practices for the radio. Since 2019, a group of choreographers, sound artists and dance historians has been developing radiophonic adaptations for a collection of dance practices created by female choreographers during times of migration and border crossing.
In 2021-2022 the project was presented as a series of live radio-performances broadcasted in Berlin (Tanznacht Festival, reboot.fm), Vienna (Tanzquartier Wien, Tonspur Micro Museum for Sound at MQ), Cologne (Tanzmuseum of the German Dance Archives Cologne, Dublab Raidio) and Tel-Aviv (Diver Festival for Contemporary Dance, The Israeli Center for Digital Art).
In September 2022 Radio-Choreography was showcased as part of KONTAKTE Festival for Sound Art and Electroacoustic Music at the Akademie der Künste, as a multi-channel sound performance and a performative radio conference.

The first Radio (non)Konferenz is a durational radio event at the intersection of live performance, symposium, radio show and public forum.
This 1-day event brings together artists and thinkers implicated in themes of counter memory and affective communities through body-based and sonic practices. By broadcasting a variety of formats and voices from different times, places and disciplines, it unfolds the possibilities of artistic research and the public space of radio, in generating new common senses, imaginations, and modes of being together through acts of listening.
The event is broadcasted from the Studio for Electroacoustic Music at the Akademie der Künste, live on reboot.fm: 88,4 MHz in Berlin & 90,7 MHz in Potsdam & online.
Including:
Performative score reading with and by Antonia Baehr, Alice Chauchat and Neo Hülcker
