Netta Weiser is a choreographer and performer.  In her artistic practice she explores invisible histories with and through the body by publishing waiting manuals, visiting forests which were planted for political purposes, broadcasting radiophonic dances and practicing qigong. Her works have been presented internationally in art galleries and performing arts venues such as Sophiensaele Berlin, Museum Kleines Klingental Basel and Suzan Delal Dance Centre Tel-Aviv. Moreover, she develops collaborative research set-us as part of her teaching practice at the Universität der Künste Berlin and Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, as well as in the frame of gesellschaften program at Vierte Welt Berlin. In 2020 Weiser received the NRW KULTURsekretariat Dance Research Award, and in 2021 is an artist in residence at the Studio for Electroacoustic Music at the Akademie der Künste Berlin.
